Availability
Inevitably at times an item will be out of stock. Our aim is to be in stock of all items all of the time. In practice this may not be so, please bear with us if this is the case. We will get it to you at the earliest time available.
Descriptions
Sometimes the products are not exactly the same as the pictures e.g. some colours may vary, there may be an assortment of one item there for we will send you any one of that assortment. However, the description should say if there is an assortment.
Payments
We deal with Paypal, if you do not have a Paypall account, please do not worry, just click on the 'do not have account' button and that will take you straight into offering you a choice of paying be debit or credit card.
If you wish to pay via cheque please call to make arrangements.
All goods remain the property of K & K Party Pieces untill fully paid for.
We do not retain your details for any purpose other than shipping your order. We specifically do not pass on your contact or personal details to third parties without your permission.
Liability
Our liability for supply of goods or services is limited to the purchase price of the item(s) only and no other consequential losses associated with supply are our responsibility or liability.
Damages In Transit
Should any items arrive damaged or missing please report it immediately (within 24 hours of receiving the goods). This then enables us to replace the item promptly. Any damaged items must be returned within 7 days of order.
Please note any claims reported will be made available to insurance claim registers for the purpose of preventing any issues of fraud.
